Return to your body
Return to your womb
Return to yourself
Womb-centred feminine embodiment for life’s transitions
Supporting women through thresholds of loss, change, and becoming
A journey of reconnection & remembering
This is an invitation to return to your body, your womb, and your inner wisdom.
To listen beneath the noise.
To soften into your felt sense.
To trust your instincts.
To feel at home in yourself again.
I work with women to support this return — through grounded, womb-centred embodiment and compassionate presence — especially during times of loss, change, and transition.
This work honours the sacred intelligence of the body and the deep wisdom held within the womb.
You are not here to be fixed.
You are here to remember who you are.
Guiding women back to the wisdom of their bodies through womb-centred somatic work, embodied movement, elemental alchemy and sacred oils.
My work is a tender weaving of touch, presence, and listening — an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your authentic self.
Each session is held with reverence for your body’s timing and your own inner knowing
Every cell within you holds a memory of connection.
Of belonging.
Of being part of something larger than yourself.
Of living in rhythm with the earth, the waters, the moon, and the quiet intelligence of your own body.
Even in moments of loss, change and disconnection this remembering remains.
You are not separate from life.
You are woven into it.
When you return to the wisdom of your body and womb, something ancient and true begins to awaken
- a remembering of who you have always been.
Whole. Complete. Exactly where you need to be.
Womb landing - a place to begin
Womb landing offers a quiet space to arrive in your body and begin reconnecting with the wisdom held within your womb.
Many women arrive feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to fully inhabit themselves.
This session offers a steady space to slow down, land, and come home to yourself.
Nothing is forced
Nothing is rushed
If you feel called to begin, this is where many women start.
This work honours the sacred intelligence of the body and deep wisdom held within the womb.
As the work deepens
For many women, the Womb Landing offers a beautiful place to begin - a gentle return to the body and the wisdom held within.
From this foundation, you may feel called to explore deeper support as your relationship with your body, womb and inner knowing continues to unfold.
Below are the spaces where this work can deepen.
Spaces of support
These spaces offer deeper support depending on where you are on your journey and what feels most alive for you right now. Each one opens a different doorway into the work.
Womb & Feminine Embodiment
Re-connect, restore and return to the sacred rhythms of your body and soul. Through gentle guidance, embodied touch, presencing and nourishing somatic practices, these sessions support you to reconnect with your body’s inner wisdom and the natural cycles of your feminine essence.
Sacred &
Embodied Birth
Birth is a sacred rite of passage, and the female body a precious place. These nurturing sessions offer grounding support during pregnancy and the postpartum period, helping you prepare for birth and deepen you connection with the wisdom of your womb.
Embodied Integration after difficult birth and loss
Gentle support for those carrying the imprint of a difficult birth, pregnancy loss, or other life trauma. Through womb massage and somatic practices, we create space for the body to soften, release and gradually find a sense of grounding and integration.
Gather in sacred space at group events & workshops
Something ancient and wise is woven when women gather. The feminine is given space to rise and magic happens. It is something that is woven into the fabric of all of our beings, when we join together, we create sanctuary.
When we give presence and space to voice the weaving and tending of our lives, and listen and honour the stories others have held, we reclaim the power of the feminine.
“Make peace with all the women you once were….
For they are the bones of the temple you sit in now.
For they are the rivers of wisdom leading you towards the sea.”
– Emory Hall
